To kick off our trip to Toronto for BTGYYZ (Bridge The Gap Toronto), we joined The Food Runners for their weekly Wednesday AM run.
We were delighted to be invited to host their post run Project Refuel. A new initiative with The Food Runners and Nike Canada aimed to inspire runners of all levels to think about creative ways to refuel post-run.
Almond Delight with Pip & Nut
