Thursday (for 8 weeks) – #LDNBCxETHOS

We’re teaming up with ETHOS, East London’s newest yoga fitness sanctuary to take marathon training up a notch this spring. Starting 23rd Feb we’ll have sessions each Thursday for 8 weeks starting with a social paced run at 18:30 and then a 1 hour Elementals Flow hot yoga class.

The classes are £15 with our discount code (reduced from £20 for our partnership) and include the run, yoga, water, towel and matt use. All you need to do is turn up! After the class it’s really important to rehydrate and refuel so we’ve teamed up with CocoPro to provide optimal hydration and recovery all in one. We’ll have a free CocoPro for each of you after each class, their coconut water is packed with electrolytes, minerals and 20g of protein.

Why hot yoga? Heat acclimation improves the body’s ability to control body temperature, improves sweating and increases blood flow through the skin, the sessions will be great for anyone wanting to develop strength, flexibility and tone along with a cardiovascular workout. The class will be suitable for all levels and you’ll be more than welcome to take rest whenever you need to and take the class at your own pace.
